Mark helped us buy our new home in Delray Beach, FL and it was an absolute pleasure to work with him on the search and purchase. Unlike some of the other brokers we interacted with, Mark was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and most importantly understanding of our needs. We bought the home remotely from another state, so having someone we could trust onsite was extremely important. This was also not the easiest purchase due to a number of reasons from availability of homes that fit our needs to a seller & agent who were challenging to work with. He handled everything about selling my properties. He gave me suggestions how to make my condo looks better. He find cleaning person for me and work with them. He refer very good staging service. He found contractor to fix my fireplace in inspections step.
one of my property got contract, but the buyer walked away due to my old water heater and AC. I had to put my condo back to market. Mark was very patient and never push me.
Also Mark is very good at negotiation. He gave me many useful suggestions when I negotiate with buyers.
